She was incredibly attentive and thorough, regularly scheduling ultrasounds and monitoring my health closely throughout the pregnancy. Dr. Galasso's proactive approach was reassuring; she always explained potential risks and the measures we could take to manage them. The clinic itself is very welcoming and supportive, with a staff that is genuinely caring and responsive, which made a big difference for me during a stressful time. On the downside, the clinic is quite busy, so sometimes there were longer waits for appointments than I would have liked. Additionally, while Dr. Galasso is exceptional in her care, she can be a bit straightforward in her communication, which might not suit everyone. Overall, though, her expertise in handling complicated pregnancies is outstanding.
