Provides unparalleled insight, knowledge and direction that helped me understand and learn how to train and recover properly. He has totally transformed my lower half weaknesses from the hips down stemming from a knee injury years ago. Been playing soccer and tennis for years and have Never felt stronger than I do now after seeing Kapadia. Can't recommend him highly enough. He is the best in class physical therapist!
